Day 1 is always easy. Weekends will be tough. Here are some general guidelines I am sticking to:
Drink lots of water
No cream in coffee, only milk
No beer (wine with dinner, otherwise vodka)
No fried food
No cheese (unless fat free)
No bread or chips when dining out
No candy or dessert (fruit popcycles ok)
