It's late noon and I'm finally starting to feel better! Where I live is cold and dank, and my arthritic pain has really flared up! I don't get enough meds from the doctor to completely help.
Another glitch: I love animals and wanted to help them, therefore joined a few groups on Facebook against animal abuse. My advice: DON'T!!! I've gotten so many horrific and frightening pictures sent to me from these groups, and they've really affected me emotionally. I am in the process of getting all the mail stopped.But it has put me in a sad, black mood.
Tomorrow I will write down everything I eat. That might help. The free-eating honor system was a total FAIL. Maybe writing will help. Certainly I'll be able to see what I'm eating written down.
Jewelry work slowed down, too. I did take some pix today and posted them in a group I'm in. Made a pendant and haven't figured out what to do with it.
I got some Victoria Taylor spices at TJMaxx, where they sell them at a good price, made Moroccan chicken last night. It's easy: skinless, boneless chicken, rice, tomatoes, and this amazing Moroccan spice blend. There's almost no fat in the dish. We all loved it!!!
Onward and upward, good luck to all in this battle for weight control.
