Today is one of those feel good day. I’ve been running 5 miles almost every day and going to the gym at least three times a week. I know insane, well it is for me. But I suddenly felt like a machine (micro machine in my case since I’m short ☺️) I’ve been eating well. Lots of food but good healthy food. I’ve also eaten some cookies and cereal. Having a non-healthy food normally makes me feel very bad but this past week I was in total zen and acceptance that not every day has to be perfect. But to remind myself that although is okay to have the cheat meal is also okay to feel compelled to eat right without the pressure or the guilt.
I know we all have our own pains and struggles but if I can add value to you guys in any way, keep it up the good and the bad. It is all part of being us and you. We need the struggle.
