Okay...so has anybody heard of queso de freir? Apparently you can fry it or saute it and it gets crispy without any breading. Any thoughts?

Today has been a pretty good day, didn't really know what I wanted to eat for dinner, but I managed. Tomorrow I am going to start interval training using an app on my Droid, so I'll let ya know how that goes!

I survived my first outing since I started Atkins!! We went to a steakhouse where they serve peanuts and DELICIOUS yeast rolls, but I did not give in! I had a steak salad and it was yummy :) I am proud of myself :)

Woo-hoo!! Lost 5 lbs!! Even if some/most/all of it is water weight, I still feel good about it :) Now that my body has adjusted to induction, I am going to hit the gym. I am going to try and do 30 minutes at the gym 4x a week and then do light exercises on the other days and have 1 rest day. I hope everyone else is having a great day!!

Hope everyone is having a great day, I am really excited to weigh in tomorrow!!! I haven't stepped on the scale since we started Atkins, so I am hoping to have lost some weight or some inches, I would be happy with either/both!:)
