I am doing somewhat better with limiting what I eat to 400 calories per meal. However, that said, I cannot get enough exercise to do me any good as I have arthritis in my left hip. Am going for a stem cell injection into the hip this upcoming Tuesday and hope that since I still have some cartilage left, that the stem cells will grow and provide me with a greater cushion. Certainly cortez one injections help but are not a lasting solution to the pain. In the meantime, I could be going swimming or using other types of exercise but never do. I spend too much time in front of the TV.

My weight went up this week ..frankly overnight. I blame a medication that I am on for the suddenness. So now am at 173.9 and not the 170.2. Back to the drawing board.

My weight is up this week ..I believe because of a new medication that I am taking. It results in bloating. So we shall see where it goes from here.

I did not like Smart Made Turkey Sausage & Roasted vegetable Lasagna Bake. It did have cheese in it, but had to microwave it an additional 2 minutes for the sauce to become sauce instead of soup. Didn't like the flavor and won't get that to eat again.
