I am single mom of 5- 23,19,12,9 and 7! For the last 12 years of my I have been over weight topping the scale at over 300lbs.. My body aches more and I'm ready for a change! So here I am again not starting at 320lbs but 287 with the goal of losing at least 100 more! Out with the old and in with something new.. Let's encourage each other...
