lemon cream cheese muffin was actually pumpkin but starbucks has not yet published nutrition information for this muffin. the honey buns were from barras and a blue bird guess. i had cake for dinner last night--- a definite comfort food. work makes me have thoughts of death and my food choices have reflected a woman in distress. plan on going to yoga tonight, maintaining my current gym schedule and trying desperately not to fall off the wagon. although i have not gained weight-- i have not lost any either. big sigh![color=violet][/color]
