I know I wasn't going to weigh myself, but rules were made to be broken. I need to know if what I'm doing is working. Hubs and I took a longer walk with the dogs yesterday but it was taco night at my mother in laws so I only had one and some chips. It's all about moderation

My breakfast at work. I always try to have breakfast between 10:30 and 11 so I can eat for 8 hours and fast for 16. Usually I eat 2 eggs with cheese and spinach. Recently I started mixing some yogurt and fruit together with some almonds for something extra

So I got my bridesmaid dress in the mail and it doesn't zip all the way up. The wedding is in a month so I've got to stay faithful to this diet. I told myself I wouldn't weigh everyday because it'll stress me out, but the first thing I did when I got to work was jump on the scale. It's kind of motivating to see that I'm down almost an entire pound in a day. I know that won't happen every time though. My goal is to drop ten pounds by the time the wedding comes around. Worst case scenario is my husband's aunt can alter the back of the dress to give me some more room.

I felt like I had a bad weekend because of Second Saturday but, the scale notes otherwise. So I'm pretty happy with being down three pounds since my last weigh in. I know I need to increase my activity to move quicker to my goal. I'm going to kill it this week!
