Well...I'm slowly but surely getting the hang of this weight loss thing. I have downloaded the calorie counter app onto my phone. I am determined to track everything I eat (not matter how big, small or unhealthy) and all of my exercise. I think that I'm gonna try and find a pedometer app for my phone as well. I'm trying my hardest to stick with this weight loss thing and be very diligent about keeping track of everything.

I am finally doing this for me. I have been unhappy with my body for years but now it has gotten to a whole other level. After I had my second child I just could not lose the "baby weight". I look at myself in the mirror and I don't like alot of what I see. My first goal is to be healthier and in better shape. My second goal is to just look better in my clothes and feel better about shopping and going out at time when I need to wear something other than jeans and a sweatshirt.

So I'm starting off with the Special K challenge. I think the hardest part for me will be eating so often. When I'm at work I tend to not eat often and when I do it's usually not anything to be considered healthy. Well, I'll check in tomorrow and we'll see how it works out...
