I gave in to my holiday cravings. Ate way too much but kept my beer intake in check. Glad i lost almost 4 pounds last week before the holidays hit. I will be on lockdown again before this weekend hope to get back down. Will be stepping on the scale tonight and gaging everything from that. Hate to start off with the 2 steps forward 3 steps back routine. Going to exercise a lot this week and keep back to the 1500 calories or less intake during the week.
Still happy about taking the first steps but ticked i let myself get carried away.

Well i am down 3.8pound since joining this site a few days ago. I have drastically dut my caloring intake to around 1500 a day. I am eating healthier. yesterday i took my pure bread bird dog Lilly for a jog. I was able to to a half mile straight on my first day back. Boy did she make me look like a joke. She didn't even get a drink or get out of breath on the first half mile. I walked about a quarter mile then did my own challenge and jogged up a long hill before retiring to my home stead. I am also working at getting 50 pushups a day. 25 in morning and 25 in evening. I am at 10 right now.
These tasks used to be so easy and i used to burn 1500 to 1600 calories on a treadmill in an evening. Oh well not there yet but i am definetly happy with the 3.8 pound loss so far. Lets see how i do during Christmas and New years. I know i will be drinking a lot on new years but i may get Vodka instead of my usual 50 beers. LOL

Well started yesterday. Did some start up exercise and cut my calories down to below 1800. Lost 3 pounds yesterday. I really slacked on healthy eating. i checked the calorie count for a day i had last week.
1 breafast sandwich
2 double cheese burgers
1 large fry
4 pieces of pizza
6wings.
Hmm i wonder why i put on the extra pounds. That is going to stop. Going to weigh in daily for the first week then go to weekly after that. Thanks for the motivation.

Day one of my diet. Can't believe i let my self get up to this weight. never thought i would look down and see 243. I gained 30 lbs since september of 2010. A lot of changes took place this past year. I had stayed the same for 4 years after graduating high school. But in 2010 i lost that grip. I am going to shoot to get down to 200. I hope I do not get discouraged. I hate the way i feel right now and need to get back to living a healthy life style.
