Craving garden tomatoes....a whole lot better than craving sugar!!!Thankfully sugar free tastes ever so much better than fat free!! But I will have to fight the desire to answer the siren call of Hershey kisses (with or without almonds).

feeling stressed--huge fight with youngest son. I need to back away as I cannot solve his problem or help his problem except with money and even that will not help the issues. He needs to stand on his own two feet and I need to let him!! "Helping" is not really helping either of us at this point. We are tangled up financially in a house and that is adding to my stress. Sent a text "we love you!" backing off

Doing ok...I have days when I eat a lot more than other days, but it evens out and is still going down slowly.

I make a commitment to record my food and visit here daily and what happens? The internet goes out, the converter box tries to electrocute me and then my computer shuts itself off and will not turn back on!! Now, 11 days later, I finally have all the issues repaired. I will try this again.
