Oi vey! The muscles, they ache! Working out sure does feel good! ...as I hobble around the office... Anyways, I'm sore but feeling good. Slept like crap last night so a bit tired. No excuses, I will be working out! Brought clothes to change in to for a lunch-time walk; will be walking Zoie when I get home; and I will be tackling more circuit training (already cringing!). Also smartened up and brought some P-Hunger snacks in 100 calorie servings. I know my carb % is going to be a bit higher these next few days and I am going to embrace it. Quintas if you read this journal, don't chastise me!!!

I wasn't planning on starting my "diet" today (was going to wait until Sunday) until I talked to Mike and he inspired me. Unlike most days, I didn't eat breakfast until 11 or so and had mucho coffee. Won't be doing that tomorrow. Felt good all day until about 8:00pm when I realized I was super hungry. Drank almost a liter of water and was still hungry. Broke down and had a hotdog with a bun and 100 cal popcorn. Must eat breakfast!!! I also put together the dip station and used it for a few - wowsers. Totally worth every penny I spent.
