07-25-12 SO I know i didnt eat right yesterday but im going to try to eat more often and better meals i did do 50 push ups and and 50 sit ups this morn i feel great. got to keep it up

it is July 24th 2012. Aside from heath reasons I need to loose weight. I looked in the mirror last night and I didn't know who I was looking at. I am disgusted by the lbs I put on over the last year (40 plus) and its time to take responsibility for my body. This is day one Im going to Disney in dec with jess and I want to feel better about my weight. Its game time!
