hi guys,
I am 1.72m currently weighing at 56kg
The past few months I being at 55-55.5 but recently after I started working out with weights,push ups and jumping jacks before I sleep
Did 150weight lifting 8kg
300jumping jacks x 4
120 push ups
90 situps
And recently eating more protein
Am I gaining fats or muscle?:/ I am worried that I get fat again as used to be 94kg in the past which was like 3 years back>.< and anyone has an ideal weight of what my height should be?
When I was 60kg before National service I went to measured my fat % it was 12 or 13% if I have not mistaken
My diet is usually less than 1.7kish calories usually around 1.5-1.7 I suppose,
As currently serving NS. After posting,got into admin sgt everyday just sitting down and hence cutting down on what I eat on carbo, and more onto the meat and fish. And every Saturday I will swim around 30-40laps depending on the time I have on hand
