So it appears I screwed up my profile and have told it I wish to weigh 13lbs? Hmm, I'm pretty sure my skull alone would account for that weight.
If anyone knows of any way to change this, please do let me know.

Back to business: I've just started using Pea protein instead of Whey, I figured a more vegan focus there might help a lower carb diet. I'm not looking at going vegan, I love meat and don't have much quarrel with the ethics of good farming. I'm looking at going very low, if not zero, dairy, as lactose is a sugar, hence a carbohydrate.

I workout several times a week, focusing a combined warm-up on kettlebell swings (read into it, it really can help!), then some weights before low-impact cardio on an Elliptical cross-trainer (my poor conditioned lower body won't allow for decent running). Because of this workout regime, I'm told to keep my calorie count as high as it would normally be, I've just gotta stay away from easy carbs when snacking, and maybe cutting the portions of chicken down with my salad.

Anyway, off to the gym to continue the burn process.
