I have actually lost more weight than what shows on your records. I started reducing before I joined up with you. About a fortnight before I joined your programme I was 73kg. It looks on your records as though I am not doing very well, when in actual fact, slowly and surely, and probably the best way, I am achieving my goal. I have actually lost 5.3kg from when I started to lose weight, not the small amount shown on your scale. I was out of work for a year until November 2014 which is why I had trouble getting motivated. I am now a self employed contract cleaner, and have a balanced eating and energy output plan in place. Can you adjust the start weight so it actually shows my achievement?

Eating healthy mostly. Am losing weight, but slower than I wish. Working 5 days a week now part time cleaning so had hoped for quicker loss.
