well, ive been to the doctors over the angry red lump on my inner thigh that is causing immense pain. i have a flaming boil but its too far under the skin for the dr to do anything so ive been put on painkillers and antibiotics. walking sitting and sleeping is like hell, god knows what its gonna be like next week when im at work. my dr made me cry when he was prodding and poking it, and then explained that diabetics who have uncontrolled blood sugar levels often get boils, nice one dr, why didnt you tell me before.
drank a 1ltr bottle of water during the night and i just cant stop drinking water.
my partner has made stew and dumplings with boiled new potatoes for dinner. i cant wait to eat it. i was a little greedy at breakfast by having 5 crumpets, ooppppss.

been talking with my partner and this year ive had problem after problem with my health since i started healthy eating. its not gonna stop me though, im gonna carry on and keep my head held high, and at the moment keep my body filled with pain killers. heading off for a nice hot bath now to see if that helps with the pain.

woke up thursday morning in agony. i have a lump down there and after getting my darling partner to have a look he said it looks like a cyst.
walking was agony but i did it, i walked round to the bus stop, all through the bus station and around the yard where my son lives. even sitting down is agony. with the walking, according to runtastic i burned 798 calories. i think i burned that in the crying i have done.
been drinking loads again today so thank god i have dr's appointment later so they can alter my diabetes meds again.
i also noticed today that i have eaten more junk while i have been out of the house.
got a recipie book from diabetes.org.uk and after having a look through there are only a handful of things i like. i hate crab, prawns, trout etc, chickpeas. am thinking off writing my own recipie book with the foods i like and the cheaper version of the foods i buy.
me thinks thats a good idea. will start that tomorrow after ive been to the doctors.
