If I knew how to bottle willpower and put it on a shelf at WalMart, I'd be a rich woman. I looked at all the hunger suppressants, fat blockers, and herbal ingrediants, and I came to the conclusion that nobody in America should be fat. I mean, after all, right on the shelf is everything we could possibly ask for. It's a shame none of it works. Boy, do I miss Phen-fen.lol

We need a new soap opera, "As the Diet Turns" I have done a terrible job this week. I'm ashamed of myself. But, tomorrow is a brand new day. Giving up is not an option. I will look fine this summer because I'm getting the new swimming pool I have been promising myself and have put it off because I don't want anyone to see me in a bathing suit.

I have become a professional dieter. lol I think I've been on a diet since I was 12 years old. I have lost the weight and then gained it back for 33 years. Pitiful. I've been on both sides of the fence, so to speak. I can tell a big difference in the way I'm treated when I'm big than when I'm thin. I do know this, I am sick and tired of being the biggest girl in the room. I will do this.

For two days in a row I have really good. Except for the water intake. YUK!! I have got to get on the ball a try to gag down more water.
