Went to Cantarrijan beach today. Hyped up to be the best naturist beach ever. (Look it up on Google) What a loada rubbish. Full of pervy single guys. We only stayed for half an hour and then went back to our favourite beach. swam in the sea all afternoon .Could almost see the calories falling off. Unfortunately when back at the apartment I stuffed my face with fresh crusty bread prawns cheese doughnuts and red wine. Overall I reckon I have put on a Lb or two but so what. At least when I am stood on the beach the coastguard doesn't ask me to move because the tide is waiting to come in. :)

Found some scales. Not sure how accurate they are but well pleased with result as we are half way through our 1st holiday.

Burnt the end of my nose in the sun and a small burn on my belly from a frying pan cooking pancakes this morning. Oh well at least that's only two out of three that stick out. :)
Still no weigh in as we have no scales out here. Next Saturday could be interesting.

Diet is not good here in Spain. Despite the swimming every day. I did manage to have a bonk on the beach this afternoon . This couple were watching us and we just couldn't resist putting on a show....Whoops...but at least the calories were burned off. Dreading getting home a week tomorrow and facing the scales but at least it's only for a week and then we will be back here again.
