Im about to soak and then jump on a Over Eaters Anonymous conference call and then call it a night.

Im watching the Heat Knicks game right now but even though my body doesnt feel up to par Im am planning to aqueeze out 2 hours of basketball and then attend an OA meeting.

Breakfast Eggwhite omelet green peppes shredded cheese onions tomatoes and one cup of tea. Lunch vegetable patty with garden salad olives tomatoes black beans. Dinner 2 veggy patty sandwiches. Snacks 3 Lite and Fit yogurts 2 apples and 1 ounce of nuts.
