Goals
July 29 I'll be visiting my tall and skinny old roommate in Florida. She's self-conscious at 140, I seriously hope I'm never like that. I dont think Id even look good at 140 but who knows.
Anyways I have 6 weeks until that trip. My goal is inches because that means much more in a bathing suit than a scale does. However if I saw 165 that would be how much I weighed when I lived with her 3 years ago. Gosh time fly's.
I know its not impossible, with atkins I think its very very doable.

For whatever reason you’re stressed out. You’ve been stressed out before. I know how it feels. Its like something heavy is pressing down on you. Suffocating all happiness and causing you to run towards depression. It is bull shit. It leads to bad things. Like you wanting something that is completely unhealthy. Something that kills your teeth and got you to the place of being 182 lbs. Stress is producing cravings. Unhealthy foods have been coded in your memory center as a solution to unpleasant experiences or emotions. You’ve been conditioned to react like that. But you are undergoing a transformation right now. You are changing how you respond. Your brain loves routine. You are changing your routine right now and that’s hard. Your undoing things you’ve been doing for years. You’re trying, you’re fighting, don’t let that be a source of stress. That is your reward. You will gain so much for sticking this out. You will gain so much for doing whats right for your body. Who you truly are is someone who appreciates their body, who is thankful for the parts of you that haven’t quit even though they have been starved of nutrients. They haven’t quit because they knew you get to this point. The moment when you would decide to fight on their side. When you would fight for your health, your happiness, your body. You want this, you want to push yourself into a better version of you. Who you used to be wants to stay the same. But you aren’t that person anymore. You are becoming new. You are becoming a warrior. Warrior, what your fighting right now, you can beat, victory is yours. To grab ahold of it might mean you have to let go of something else. But what are you letting go of, something you want? Perhaps. But perhaps you’ve also be conditioned to want that by the person you once were. Perhaps youre also letting go of something that’s terrible for you. Be grateful warrior that you are intelligent enough to realize that it is terrible and that the new you is fighting against terrible things. Choose the new you right now. Fight with the new you.
