Finally back from camp! It was fun but now i have to get myself back into the swing of things! I ran my 5K with an official time of 37 minutes, but my chip time was 36:13!!! That's under 12 minutes a mile!! So fantastic! I look forward to doing my next one!

Feeling like poop again today. Zumba was way fun last night and there definitely are some sore muscles today but my belly has been upset since i woke up. I'm thinking of replacing my usual run with just some house cleaning today. Not as many calories burned but at least i'll keep moving. Hurling counts as ab work, right? ugh..

Guess who ran 6 miles today? It was me! My foot is in LOTS of pain and i'm very happy that tomorrow is an "off" day for running. So i'll do some Zumba instead maybe :)

Belly felt like badness so i didn't run today. :( Guess i'll have to pull 7 miles out of my butt tomorrow LOL!

I'm in the 170's!! I thought for sure that i was going to be stuck in the 180's forever and even though it's only 2 pounds in, i know that the 160's are just around the corner :) Baby steps!
