I'm 5' 5" and I weight 190lbs. If you look at me you would never imagine my weight is what it is. I am very thick around my thighs and hips. My stomach isn't protruding however, I do have fat around my stomach that I want to disappear. Please help me guys! give me some advise. I would love to lose body fat and drop at least 25-30lbs over the next several months.
