I am trying to get back into a schedule here, I used to weigh in every Tuesday so I am going to start there. I am happy that I am back down to what I weighed before camp. Yehhh only 7 more pounds to go now. I have a Christmas in July party tonight so I am going to make Taco Meatballs so that I will at least have something to eat there. I will try my best to be good. Of course there will have to be a glass or two of wine. :)

lost so far: 4.0 lb

still to go: 7.0 lb

Diet followed reasonably well

Well, I am back from camp and even though I ate pretty bad my scale is saying otherwise. I'll take it. I am going to jumb right back to the diet and get those last 8 pounds off. I am really excited.

I got on the scale this morning and it was at 137 Yeah! Maybe if I am really good the rest of the week I can get down to 135 before I leave for youth group camp with my daughter.

Well, the wedding this weekend did not help at all. They did not serve any wine and then when I had a little to much to drink and reall needed food it wasn't really the healthiest. I will be really good this week and then I will be off to youth group camp and will probably have to eat more junk food. GRRRR!!! Summmer is tough.
