Hit the gym pretty hard today, so a protein plate is definitely in order (even after the shake). Plus it’s Friday, so a cheat beer is happening too.

Friday is lunch cheat day. I’m sore from the workout routine, but went to the gym anyway. I’m nursing my wounds with extra spicy Indian food. 🤷🏼♂️
