I feel good. I'm getting baby cravings but then all I have to do is snap the rubber band around my wrist and pinch my hip bone for comfort. The comfort in knowing that I am almost there. 4 more pounds from my ideal body and weight. Tomorrow after my hair appointment I am going to walk down to 7-eleven and pick up a chocolate bar. That will be all for the day. Maybe a trail mix bar and a low calorie soda if I need an extra sugar rush and a bit more energy. I'm excited. My body is changing...well it will change....soon.

I think I did really well! I cant wait for 125 pounds! My birthday is coming up so I want to look super sexy for my bf! And I want to do it for myself! NOTE TO SELF...Keep up the awesome work :)

Im currently 129 pounds at 5'8 with a bmi of 19.6. That is okay I guess but Ive always been a perfectionist. My goal as of now is 125 pounds bmi of 19. That sounds PERFECT! Hopefully with support I can do it! Ive been giving in to dumb temptations like ice cream (Today) and chips and all that crappy food. I want to be skinny. Whatever that takes...
