Ok, I have been super busy for a couple weeks and haven't been able to post any updates... I have a few more busy weeks ahead but i will try. I was getting discouraged as the scale seemed to STOP.. i wasn't cheating etc... my husband encouraged me to stick it out and it is dropping slowly. I added 3 additional gym mornings.. 3 night gym sessions.. i'm beat/tired and sore almost all the time.. but hey.. gotta work to get it off... :) I can say i have no cravings for like starchy carbs which is great.. but i still love sweets.. haven't had any.. but don't know if my chocolate love will EVER fade :) Hope everyone is doing great and feeling good... can't wait to see 159.. ..

Ok .. i haven't cheated.. i'm still in ketosis.. and hoping this jumps down at some point.. don't know why it went up.. hoping for water weight.. but soooo disapointing..

okay.. so this is going great!! i'm feeling great but yesterday i dont think i got enough water or spinach(the dark greens to keep my PH balanced) cuz when i went to work out i felt light headed. Granted we did stuff outside at 104 degrees (but its a dry heat.. haha). I knew i didn't drink enough water though b/c i opted for a diet coke. .... thats the last time...diet coke will be my treat and nothing more!!The book listed a dessert.. with cocoa and creme and splenda packet.. yummy mousse and totally fixed my sweet tooth.. so.. down to 166.6 today.. holy cow... I CAN DO THIS.. I started this on Sunday (saturday i pigged out like a crazy person ) so i weighed in on sunday at 174.8... i'm bad at math but thats friggin awesome!!! I'm smoking through the 160's... :) i'm almost halfway through them and i just got in them... wow... i can't believe i found something that works.. i like.. etc... .so pleased!!!!
