Feeling great keeping positive. Introducing protein drink into breakfast routine. I was able to eat 70% of daily intake of calories comfortably. Limiting carbs is continuing to be a struggle. Need a better way I believe in a balance of everything and hoping to exercise with my baby later.

Back to Work. I can't wait to see if I made progress. I will check on Wednesday. Today's struggle is going to deal with missing some snacks and not having a fruit option. We will see I feel great about this.
Forum Post:Ok this is middle of my first week on here. I am trying to see what % in fat, carbs, and protein I am eating. I did a weight check to see my progress it is saying I gained. I don't have time for a lot of activity and I did pay attention to my stomach for hunger signals. I was wondering since I am eating under my normal calorie count, is the body treating the reduction as starvation and as such eating the fat to compensate the change? Also I have never been carb conscience before but maybe I need to rethink that. I don't fall off the train so early. I thought I did good this weekend. Any tips/encoutagement would be great.
Need to reduce fat and carbs...more protein!!!
