Well, this week was a little off. I had orange chicken, and stuffed crab total. Neither of them are REALLY REALLY bad, but they are not on my diet. Oh well. I don't feel like I have put on anything, but who knows. I have been so tired lately. I have 2 sick kids who can't sleep through the night, and I have been working like 10000 hours lately thing to save up some money. On the bright side, I did get myself the 3 things I REALLY wanted before I became a poor single mom lol~ Have a good day.

Ugh. I did it today. I didn't cheat. I have not since my little melt down, but I did get on the scale, and we all know you can get different readings and different times of the day and bla bla bla. So now my scale said I was 175. I'm not mad at 175 but I am mad at myself for getting back on. So I took the batteries out and threw them in the garbage :o) Anyway, I'm not going to buy new ones till the week before I leave. Ya...that is 3 weeks of no weigh-ins. Hope I loose it all...19 pounds.... :o(

I got on the scale again today, aginst my will....lol because I thought that it read wrong yesterday. How can I go from 176 from 174 in 2 days. It had to be wrong. So today it said 173!! What ????? ANyway, I guess my new theory that "you can't eat too much salad" is working. ANd even when I "cheat" and have 2 atkins bars during the day, it is still ok because I'm staying under my carb count. As of today I'm moving onto the OWL Phase of Atkins. Hope I still loose. I'm going to wait till Tuesday to weigh in again though. Bye all! Good luck and Love ya. OHHHH! Did you know that the coconut endulge bars taste like almost joy. yummyyy..

Woooohoooo! I don't care if I weighed in 2 days ago. I put on my pants this morning (the size I WANT to be) and pulled them over my large booty lol and and zipped them up and did the button. AND I DIDN'T EVEN HAVE TO SUCK IN!!!!!!!!!!! lol! Soooo I decided to weigh myself and I lost 2 more pounds!! I guess I should have been using the GOOD bars all along because I don't even want to cheat with them. And even if I have a weak moment and give in and have 2 of them it is still WAY less carbs than something else I would have given into. Lets face it, the induction (advantage) bars on atkins taste like booty, but the endulge bars are GOOD. Anyway, I'm still in a good mood, and at least when I walk away from this relationship in a few weeks and move back home I'll be the size I want and hopefully get a new start on a new life with a NEW BODY! (but still have my big booty...can't get rid of it no matter how hard i try :o)

I'm BAAAAAAAAACCCCCKKKKKKK! And better than ever. I swear I need meds, I'm such an emotional mess these days lol! So, I am back on my diet and doing well. No more cheating for me. I am getting a little bored with the same things every night, but I've decided that I'll start eating the endulge bars from Atkins. They say they were for phase 2, but I don't care. I've been on induction for like 4 weeks now, so I guess I can throw one in every once in a while as long as I stick with my 20 carbs. 10 more pounds to go. Heck, I might even lower my target 5 more pounds (ask me again tomorrow :o). Love you all!
