Ugh hard to eat healthy while traveling with your unhealthy family.
I did meet both my challenges today: 25 crunches and 2 bottles of water! (Easy to do with this Missouri heat!)

Started a challenge today! 25 Crunches everyday for a week than for the next week 50, than 75, than 100.
I did my 25!
