Got curious today about fat and protein intake. Was wondering what mine should be. I did a search and found this site: http://www.healthcalculators.org/index.html.

My info

44 yrs old, 5' 11 3/4", Male, sedentary to light exercise (this will change over the next month). I had to use the 6' 0" selection with a medium build.

It said my fat intake should be 73 grams and my protein intake should be 89 grams. Does this sound right?
