I did the one thing that everyone warns dieters about - snacking while watching TV. I broke that rule today and will pay for the consequences later. Stupid Doritos fooled me!

Well this week didn't go well . ..at all. But now that school is officially over I can stay home and focus more on my weight lss. I guess I'll have too see if school hindered me or if I'm just lazy. It's more than likely a mix of both.

I skipped school today and walked home,but I still need to convince myself that walking for 20 minutes isn't enough to lose a significant amount of weight. It's time for me to step it up and regroup. If I'm sick of being this big I need to make big changes in order for big changes to happen.
Yesterday's 2 miles went really well, but I think that was due to the location. Janeen made me walk on this creepy path next to a busy street. The busy street didn't bother me, but we passed by a built-in lake thing filled with geese and goslings. For reasons unknown I have an immense fear of geese attacking, so I rushed by that area as fast as I possibly could. I didn't feel the pain in my calves like I usually do until we got back to the car. Personally I think it was the fear of the geese that distracted me. Other than all that, it was a pretty good walk, but we will not being back on that trail.

Today went kinda okay. My Black Student Union had a pizza party so of course I ate some pizza and chips. I didn't go completely crazy so I guess that's a good thing. Me and Janeen are going walking tonight and she really wants to do 2 miles this time. To be honest I am in no shape for that, but I really don't have a choice.

Well today begins my journey on this site. I was previously on weight watchers and I did lose 5 pounds already. I haven't really been diligent with it. It's time to start all over and more importantly - lose a heck of alot of weight.
