Started HCG yesterday. So I ate a lot of food yesterday and felt so sick - I think maybe they make you load the first two days so you become disgusted with yourself and then it's easier to eat less haha.

So I have another load day today, and then we (my parents and I) start the 500 calorie diet tomorrow.

Looking forward to looking on Fat Secret to see if there are any good recipes to give a little variety to the next 37 days (and then onto Phase 3)!
