It has been a month since ending my intermittent fasting regime and I feel terrible. I feel out of control, bloated and embarrassed.
I need to find my motivation for wanting to change. I know I want to change, but when I ask myself why, I can only come up with aesthetic reasons. I don’t want to look like an unhealthy person. I want to look like a tiny little whip of a person that is sharp-witted and attractive. I also want to feel confident in myself. I did before while I was on keto because I knew I was in complete control. I feel badly every time I eat, no matter what I eat.
I need to address why I want to look the way I do and how I will go about achieving it. Fasting was going well for me, but I had no way to measure my results (if any).

In order to lose 15 pounds by April 5, 2020, I need to eat 1826 calories every day and burn 2172 calories per day, lessening over time. I have a chart to follow.
