Really depressed over the weight thing today. Also have personal strife that's got me down, but the up side of all that is that I don't eat when I am depressed. I'm within 5 pounds of the weight that I was at after I gave birth to my child, and that is 35 pounds too heavy. UGH.

Motivators to self:
-Lose weight before weekend at the Lake with friends on 8/13
-Lose lots of weight before sisters wedding on 10/15

Totally failed on the calorie count yesterday, but I can only imagine what I would have consumed if I wasn't counting. Today I am doing well so far, just hoping that I don't get hungry.

Started SlimQuick today to help with appetite control. It was buy one get one free at Harris Teeter, so I got the pills and the drink mix. I don't expect it to work miracles, but if it helps give me a little energy boost and control my appetite, I'll be a happy customer.
