How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I weigh once a week.I always weigh on wednesday mornings right before breakfast. I used to have an incredibly unhealthy lifestyle but all of that changed ever since I started to swim.Swimming not just helps in shaping up your body, it has a lot of other benefits as well (

is this diet okay ?
@ lanhua1, You need to add a lot more healthy nutrients into your diet. Like Jean Mc said you need to have more protein in your diet.
