Well, the Olympics are almost here!!! I'll have to make sure that I'm not a total couch potato for the next two weeks. My regular (scheduled) exercise won't be a problem, it'll be getting out for runs and at home exercise (which I've been slacking on) that I'll have to make sure I get to.
Oh well, the winter games only come every four years, GO CANADA GO!!

I was hungry last night, my boyfriend thought that he was doing me a favour by getting me a 6" tuna sub from Subway, so did I until I typed it in this morning . . . over 500 calories right before bed! EEEEK! Good thing I have Bodyworx 4 times this week!

Oh I had a horrible weekend eating wise. I ate everything that I could get into me, even when I wasn't hungry. I did mark everything down though so I was accountable for what I had done. Back on the healthy horse today!
