I think I did pretty awesome in fighting the urge to snack last night. It can be hard looking at food for nutritious reasons instead of what "sounds good"

This morning I had a total serving count of 5 servings of cereal & 2 servings of milk. This is what happens when I don't measure my food & just go by "what looks good. I skipped on lunch, but snacked on Beanitos & pace. We'll see how dinner goes.
