Achieved my goal finally. Took me 6 months and 11 days.
Daily Nutrition and weekly movement mattered.
Hopefully all that was lost was fat and such, not muscle.
Will keep doing what I am doing moving forward as it was a lifestyle change.
Had to adopt produce shopping and cooking (never liked it before) as second nature.

June was supposed to be the end of six months of working on losing fat. Diet, mindful eating (working on it), enjoying food, listening to own body when hungry, exercise, sleep etc. may have all contributed together. Looks like the fat loss would continue onto July as well if I do what I have been doing. Still have a bit of belly fat although legs do feel very thin/weak at times. May need to change the exercise routine a bit though to target that and continue on.

April was a good month for me. Before that, I was losing 3 pounds a month but in April, it was 5.5 lbs. The effects of improving the quality of my diet were visible more this month. My liver must be thanking me. Continued on the exercises and different movements at least 6 times a week and took Sunday off. 128 lbs was my goal weight as this is where I was before and wanted to shed the excess weight off. But now I am 1.5 lbs below my goal weight. I will be continuing on this routine and see what is going to be my optimum weight if I improved the quality of my diet and movements as a lifestyle change going forward.
