I am 169cm tall, and I currently weigh 70kg. It is quite devastating for me because I used to be 55kg.
I am now 29 years old, and I have never used to exercise to maintain my weight at 55kg. And I do eat a lot! Now I think my metabolic rate is slowly slowing down, and I want to start taking control of my weight before it gets unmanagable.
Right now, I am watching my food intake, with small regular meals, replacing white bread with wholemeal breads, and incorporating exercises into my weekly routine. I run / swim on average twice or three times a week, about 1 and half hour per exercise session.
Let's hope I can fit into my old clothes soon!
