Things have been so crazy lately. I had a goal wgt of 20 lbs by May 8 for my son's confirmation, which I made. Well, left over cake (marble, which I don't like, didn't matter - I ate it!), Italian S cookies, chicken, pasta, etc., etc. Would have been ok to eat the one day, could have used all 35 points + my 24 for that day, but the eating continued ALL WEEK! Got on the scale at home on Wednesday and I was up 9.5 lbs! Imagine how bad that was. In most cases, what goes in must come out but it wasn't. So I was, not thrilled, but happier to see 5.25 instead of 9.5. Started tracking again, something I haven't done since May 2 and drinking the water and walking. It's like starting all over. I did make my 10% a couple weeks ago, didn't get what I was supposed to but will remind them this week. Weighed in on Sat and doing my regular weigh in on Thursday - must be very good. Got about a 1.5 off so if I can just get down to the 24 were I was, I will be greatful. My son's eagle scout banquet is in 13 days, trying to be good and in the 70's if possible. Been looking at dresses, ughhhh!!!!! Stomach is just so bigg!!!!! Everyone have a great week.

Left for Atlanta last Thursday and weighed 188.5; gained 1/2 lb at WW last week. Was good Thurs thru Sun for breakfast, lunch and dinner was a little more than I should of had. Did a boat load of walking however; didn't drink too much water during the day because we were sitting at the Georgia Dome for 2 days for a robotics competition and didn't want to climb all over rows of people to get out. Came back on Sunday; have been having problems with my neck and shoulders for past few months and was horrible the few days we were gone. Went to the dr. on Monday, took xray, no pinched nerve but arthritis starting at L2-4. Gave me some pain pills, muscle relaxants and steroids, 5 days of them!!! First 6 pills, 5, 4, etc. Didn't take the 2 before bedtime last night. All I want to do is eat and I did on Mon and Tues because I couldn't stand the pain and needed some comfort. Well, needless to say, I am paying for it this week with a BIG weight gain. Not even weighing in at WW this am. Now I have to work twice as hard as before to get the gained weight off. Bummer. Everyone else, hope you had a great week. Hope I can make it thru the weekend.
