I am a Senior-would like to take off a few pounds so I can better control Blood pressure. I always feel my best at around 140. Enjoy my life in Florida. I have lost and gained in the past so this time I want to keep it off. When I lost weight in the past I do best on a low carb diet--mostly getting rid of sugar-I also started walking 2 miles a day-on cold or rainy days I pump a stationary bike for 30 minutes.
