Hi, I'm here not just cause I wanna lose some weight (of course because of that too) but the main reason is that I can't keep healthy. I'm always losing or gaining some pounds, I can't maintain what I lost...Sure, I'm a food addict and eating is like the most pleasure of all. Nothing makes me happier than a good meal...But I'm not 15 anymore and losing weight is going to be harder each year. So, being in my twenties something made me realize that maybe is now or never, not that a woman in her 50's can not lose weight, but is harder for the body. And if now I don't wanna give up a good fries, I will not going to want a salad instead of fries when I'm older, especially if I'm doing that forced by a disease that I only have cause I was reckless. The point is, we do not need to be a Hot Grandma, but just love ourselves, although is hard to love myself if every time I look at the mirror I see a big pile of fat. If someone is happy being a little chubby, I admire that, but I'm not and I'm tired to avoid mirrors...
