Tough week. We had family here for the last 3 days before weigh in, so was challenging to stay on track. Gonna do more this week!

Jeez, you never realize how much work you do in a day until you account for every minute your awake. I'm a little worried that I'm not taking in enough calories. Sure WW Points is good, but seriously is 1000 calories enough? Investigation is in order.
