Well...let's see if this way of eating will help. The South Beach was too restrictive for me. I couldn't get past phase 1. I love fruit way too much.

Still at 225. Can't seem to make any headway. I am stuck and the weight isn't coming off anymore. Gonna try to increase the exercise. Maybe that will help.

I am drinking soooo much water that I think I might float away. LOL!! I am sort of scared to go into phase 2 right now. I have been doing so well on phase 1 that I don't want the weight loss to stop. I was thinking that maybe I could just stay in phase 1 til the end of July, then slowly transition into phase 2.
