I'm still staying stagnant in my obesity and I haven't been sticking to my diet but I just got so sick and tired of looking at myself and just not doing anything about my weight loss and my eating habits. I finally started doing the New Stepper Machine at the work out room in my apartment building and did it for just 15 minutes one day, and I said to myself, well at least I started doing something about it and was happy. Then I bought a "Tracy Anderson Work Out DVD for beginners," and I have been starting slow just barely doing it right, but first time I did it for 25 minutes, and I'm still working on keeping up with it, practically falling out of position the first few times and I still can't get past the first part of the DVD. And then I did the New Stepper for 35 minutes only about a couple days later and went on the treadmill for a really fast speed for 10 minutes, and whoa!! My face was red from the surge of my blood running through my body in the first major work out in about 25 years ago!! My God I was so happy to have done it!! My legs feel tighter than usual and I could barely walk without limping around and walking stiff for the next few days afterwards. But I have got to keep doing this because it's a life and death situation. I'm way too overweight for my heart and my height at 4'11" and being 235 pounds. I have nobody to blame but myself if I die from not taking care of myself. My laziness has been too extreme, and I gotta start loving myself again!!
