I did a cardio dance party class today at lunch and altho it was fun, I felt so lost in the dance steps. I always thot I had rhythm until this class. Shakin my booty didn't seem to be a free as it normally is when I go dancing! :) I'm now uncertain about my heart rate monitor. I heard the instructor say she burned around 350 and another girl said she burned in the 400's and mine said it was a little over 1000. How can that be, unless it's based on how outta shape I am more than they are. I just don't know!!!

AWWW...I worked out this past Sat and did a cycle class which I really enjoyed. Only myself and one other person stayed to do extra and ended up doing it for 1hr and 17 min burning 1352 calories.
Today I worked out at lunch and did a Camp24 class which moves you around to different stations. It was a 1hr class and I burned 1240 calories. I am also going to do another cycle class tonight.
I love doing these classes because it's not so boring as being a treadmill by myself. Plus I think I push myself more in classes. I'm super excited about this being my 3rd week and I haven't stopped!

Well, I refuse to get on the scale for atleast 2-3 weeks. I did 30 min of weights, burning 327 calories during lunch yesterday and then worked out at the gym for about an hr and burned 1077 calories. I hate the excercise journal on this website because the numbers never match up. I have a heart rate watch and monitor that goes around my sternum and it gives me totals that do not match to this numbers this website shows, so that is very frustrating. Today I plan to do a cycle class, so I'm anxious to see how many calories I burn doing that class. I definetly am watching calories and cutting out stupid ones. I don't want to waste them on something I really don't like.

I am a little proud of myself for yesterday. I managed to stay on the treadmill for a whole hour, which is huge for me, because it's so boring. I did 4 miles. and jogged a good amount. It was off an on, except for the first 2 miles, I did about a mile in a half jogging without stopping. I didn't have time to do anything else, due to having to take my son to PT. I plan on doing yoga tonight as well as my workout. I had to skip arms too, so I'll have to make up for that. Well, I guess there is something to be said for Karma, caz I bought a Ice tall non fat, no whip mocha and dropped it after taking one sip. So, that's okay, it saved me about 300 calories. :) Everything happens for a reason!
