According to the sticks I have a trace amount of ketones as of this morning! Took 2 days of being back on keto to see the change on the stick.

Well my official start back day was yesterday and I did well. Glad there's not too much damage done. I am back on track with my mindset and my "want" to lose weight.
Question For my lady fellow ketoers: So I didn't experience shark week in January. Has anyone else had this happen since starting keto? I still experienced the symptoms(which explains my major derailing last week and this week) and my inability to refuse chocolate and my insatiable appetite that wouldn't die. But just wondering if the new diet had anything to do with that since it's the only thing that has changed. My days are always a little jacked but it always comes. NO I am not prego!!! Lol

So my "cheat meal" turned into 4 cheat days 😢 went on a total binge eating bender. I was just sooooooo tired of having to cook everything I ate. But I ain't even mad. I used to weigh after every "cheat" and would use it as a form of self punishment for some obsurd reason. Just started again today with a positive mindset and will get this done. I may reach my goal as quick as turtles running through peanut butter but by golly I'll get there. #cheatmealsarenotanoption #wonthappenovernight

Well while I have hit my first goal again and that's exciting I seem to have stalled at this weight this week. I haven't cheated not even a bit and I've done 16:8 IF all week. So it's a little disappointing to not see more than a pound in a week but I'll take it over where I started any day. The first 2 weeks I lost like crazy and now I seem to have stalled a little. This is almost the end of my 3rd week and 13 pounds lost so I can't complain that's better than I have done in the last 2 years on other diets. I do believe I am fat adapted or at least close. I have 0 appetite and when I do eat I get so full on so little. Not really any more cravings either which is super helpful! I'm still in ketosis. Maybe there will be a "whoosh" coming soon. 🤞🏼
