Ended shots today after 21...didn't lose the amount I wanted to and wasn't sticking to it. I was hungry and wonder if the dose was correct.
So ended and today starts the 72 hours to get it out of my system. Then, Atkins will be the WOE.
Today, I was up .4....the meat I had yesterday was too fatty and I walked for 30 minutes, which always causes a gain.
Feel squishy and disgusted with myself - which only makes me determined! 23 lbs will be gone!!!!!
