Long time since I logged in, but I've kept my food intake to a reasonable level and increased my activity level. As a result I've not only kept the weight off, but actually dropped another 10lbs! It's pretty much all body fat that I've lost too, as I've been doing strength exercises, my muscles are more conditioned and my waist size has stayed constant!
